Persevering One Step at a Time Foundation Granted Non-Profit Status

The Persevering One Step at a Time Foundation has been granted non-profit, tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service.

According to Steve Doerfler, President of the Foundation, “This status will greatly aid fundraising, and in turn fuel our ability to make future grants to individuals for proven physical therapies. It will also spur development for future equipment that will assist MercyOne NI Rehabilitation in treating patients with multiple sclerosis.”
